Complaint Review: Urban Florist

Urban Florist double billed my account N Vancouver, British Columbia. I want my money back. I faxed over my bank account transaction where theyu double billed me. They said they received my fax. 2 days later some one else called and said they said they never rec'd my bank account fax. How can one person say they got it and now they don't. Tomorrow I am going to my back and reporting them. I printed out this rip off site also!!
