Urban Florist ripoff, terrible customer service, Vancouver British Columbia
this florists company falsely states their delivery policies and when i called them to resolve the problem, the customer service personnel was very rude and hung up the phone on me. They refused to give me a refund after the flowers i ordered had not been delivered five days later. They also refused to connect me to a manager or supervisor. I have used several online flower business but never been treated so badly and humiliated.

I used to work at this company about 6 months ago.No managers ever take customer service calls,and refunds are very very hard to get.
