My husband ordered roses sent to my office for this Valentine's Day. That evening he wondered why I didn't mention them to him. I said "What roses?"

They did not arrive until Feb. 16th.

The wilted, small, imperfect specimens were shipped in a UPS box from Florida, and instead of red (as he had ordered) they were several different colors.

Ours was the same experience as others who have posted on this site.

With one exception: The message card, on which was printed "I love you", was fixed to the outside of the UPS box, in a clear packing-slip envelope, with the writing facing outward for the world to see!

Good thing my husband's message wasn't more personal!

I made numerous calls to the company with the same results, namely, after 30 breathtaking minutes of listening to canned Muzak, a recorded message said to try back later, due to the "high volume of calls"...and then I was disconnected!

I tried several more times, with the same results. My husband sent customer service an email, to which, shockingly, there has been no reply.

Conclusion: This company (and it's owner, Alif Somani) is a lying clot of corrupt weasels nothing more than smarmy, deceptive, carnies determined to swindle consumers with a website full of misleading sound bites and a collection of unctuous, masturbatory prose allegedly sent in by happy customers as "testimonials".

Action: File a complaint. With as many agencies as you can. (I've included a list of websites below).

Then....PRINT IT OUT and mail a copy to UrbanFlorist. Better yet, FAX it to them at 1-604-677-0423. Just to share your experience with these cranio-rectally inverted bottom-feeders. I'm sure they're breathless with anticipation.
