Urban Florists ripoff bad flowers bad company unreliable Delray Beach Florida
My husband tried to surprise me with a dosen roses that he had sent to me at work for Valentine's Day 2005. However, thanks to Urban Florists the roses did not arrive until Feb. 16th. The company's customer service is horrible and next to impossible to get through to. Once I actually received the flowers they arrived in horrible condition. They were the smallest, most pittiful roses I have ever seen. My husband was distraut. At this time, the company is unwilling to give us a refund even though they advertise a "Satisfaction Gauranteed" policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
