Complaint Review: Urban Flowers And Baskets

Urban Florists are terrible. I ordered flowers and was given all the ordering information (order numbers, etc..). I tried to contact the company to confirm delivery but no one answers the phone. I was on hold for 25 plus minutes at one point. Trying a more advanced approach, I sent an email to customer service and no reply. To date the flowers have not been delivered but they did charge my credit card. Do yourself a favor and use a FTD, 800 Flowers, etc. At least they will assist you when you need it.
