Urban Garden Solutions Merchandise paid for but not delivered Internet
In June, 2012 I ordered various gardening supplies from Urban Garden Solutions and had them sent to a friend since I would be out of town. Unfortunately when I arrived back in August I found out that my products had never been delivered but the funds had been transferred by paypal. When I went online to contact the company I found that their e-commerce site had been taken down and only their blog remains. I have sent emails to every address I could find, including in Facebook, but have received no responses. Paypal will not pursue a claim since the transaction is older than 45 days.
