Complaint Review: Urban Nutrition

I too have been suckered in by Urban Nutrition.  They sent me merchandise that I never ordered 4 times. I've returned every product and was still charged for almost $450 on my credit card which I disputed with my credit card company. Fortunately, they've agreed to credit my account for those charges.  However, I'm determined to put those scam artists out of business and I suggest that everyone do the same.

First, I've filed a complaint with BBB in New Jersey.  I will also be filing a report with the Attorney General's office with copies of reviews from 2 of their former employers who revealed how they scam customers. They said that Hydroxatone/Urban Nutrition is a front name and the real name of their company is Atlantic Coast Media Group, 499 Washington Blvd. 15th floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07303 (800-672-2259}  It's not surprising that they have at least 3 P.O. box numbers that I'm aware of.

Quite by accident, I learned that they will be selling "Hydroxatone" on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) and I've notified them that they are a boiler room scam operation.  I received a reply from them saying that my report will be passed on to the proper authorities.  If they lose their contract with HSN, they'll be hurting big time.

These people need to be stopped!  Please join me in bringing this scam operation down.
