Complaint Review: Urban Q

Advertised rebates for all merchandise. All documentation was provided for the rebates, but over one year later, I still have not received checks. I sent several emails & was told the checks are "processing". There was never any indication they didn't receive my paperwork. They admit they owe me the rebates, but just won't send them. My last few emails have been totally ignored. I also contacted the state attorney general & they indicated they would follow up on my complaint, but they haven't accomplished anything.
