Complaint Review: Urban Retech

Poor service ! This man had horrible service ! When I walked into his store my iPhone was working properly with only one problem , and that was my home button !I could make phone calls, access my apps, send and receive emails, etc! He claimed my home button wasn't properly installed , and then he said my home button was broken! Many people claim they have been in service for numerous of years , however they can't give a logical explanation to why my device has all of a sudden stop working as soon as they (The Tech Guy) get their hands on my device ! I will be taking my device else where to get it examined more thoroughly but I advise everyone to do a background check on the people you allow to touch your property ! I am not phone less and like I told the guy , I work from my phone . This is very inconveniencing to me. He clearly didn't care. Please don't receive service from someone who doesn't care about you or your property
