Complaint Review: Urban Society Clothing

I ordered a thermal shirt for 75 dollars and a 100 dollar gift certificate on Dec.15. I did not recieve anything for a month. After contacting the company several times they assured me it was on the way. I waited over a month and spoke to Ben and several other people claiming they were the manager. They also told me that I would recieve a 35 % discount on my next purchase.

After waiting so long I finally recieve a package minus the 100 dollar gift card that I am still waiting for. I is now March and I still have not recieve my 100 dollar gift card. I spoke to an associate for the company and they told me that the gift card was emailed in a code to my email address. I tried to use the bogus code but, it did not work. I tired calling back and now no one picks up the phone.
