I ordered a sweatshirt in Jan and never got the sweatshirt. When I contacted Urbanteeonline (which took some work) I was told by "Joe" that my product was on its way then he gave me a fake tracking number. Then still no product. Contacted again and went round and round and was told I would get my money back. As if today March 10th still no money no product. I would call this a scam for sure!
