I'm the owner of a small business, based in Boston, MA, offered our products for sale on the UrbanDaddy website in November 2016. Following the sale, we invoiced the total amount due, along with all the necessary paperwork, on a NET30 contract. Two months and countless emails and phone calls later, we are still awaiting 100% of the amount due. Not once has anyone given us any indication of when this balance will be paid.

The best advice we've heard from one member of the A/P team, Orin Thomas, (who apparently has no contact with anyone else responsible for actually paying invoices, because they don't have phones) was to "threaten to blast us on social media" because "they hate that." He indicated that "someone did that last week and actually got paid."

This report is to warn vendors from pursuing a business relationship with UrbanDaddy Perks - they are nonchalant at best about taking care of simple payment for their vendors - throughout this lengthy and aggravating process, not once have we heard even a hint of an apology for what has been an extremely frustrating debacle, not to mention actually addressing the issue of a long outstanding payment to a local small business who extended credit in good faith.

For customers - we would ask you to please be aware of the business practices of UrbanDaddy, which are questionable at best. While they offer minor discounts on some products (which can also usually be found by speaking directly to the vendor), please know that the products you are purchasing are being effectively stolen from the vendors themselves. Please consider this and the effect it has on small businesses who extend credit to "reputable" companies in good faith, and who are ignored and left waiting for payment for months afterwards.

Thsi company did the same to my company fridaydapper.com.  They stole 3500 from our business. It been even longer now. Over 1 year. They even sent fake cheques. They will not answer emails, phone calls, or posted mail.

Spent over 30 hours already trying to get my money and still will not pay us. They think because we are not based in the US that they dont have to pay us.

If you are a customer or a vendor do not deal with this company. They are running a scam.
