Complaint Review: Urbandrone

Urbandrones Almost 5 months of waiting and being pushed over with false dates of deliivery. Only to be refunded FINALLY coral springs Florida

I placed my order at Urbandrones.com on Oct 30th for 1000.00 Dollars. After a month passed after paying these guys, I started getting worried. Not once did they update theyre website nor notify customers of any setbacks of delivery. When I asked them what the hold up was, I was told in the next 2-4 weeks. Only problem was I was told that 5 different times! I started becoming very suspicious of where my money was. SO< i used an alternative email making it seem Like I was  a new customer asking for the same product I was already waiting for. The response I got with "urbandrones" not knowing it was me shocked me. From the different emal. I asked when this certain product would be available. I got an answer of 2 weeks to a month and they claimed they would have it. So now I got on my normal email that I placed the order with and asked where my product was. The answer I got was' Im sorry, we dont know when we will be getting stock?!?! What?!?!

So from my alternative email they tell me they will have in a month, but from the email I already purchased this from the resaponse was "sorry we dont know". Theyre trying to get peop;e to "pre order" so they can sit on  thousands of dollars of peoples money and gain interest on it. BTW
