Complaint Review: Urbane Concierge Kim Daly

My wife and I hired the "Urbane Concierge", Kim Daly to assist with our busy Silicon Valley lifestyle, coincidence or not we started noticing things missing from our hosehold and and our business, first it was small things like pocket change and petty cash from our business accounts, our liquor cabinet always seemed to lightened as well as my father-in-laws wine and cigar collection. we never had a clue until larger things started disappearing and our personal and business accounts began to be depleted. My wifes jewelery began coming up missing as well as even some of her clothing. Eventually we lost some of our family heirlooms as well as some ancient artifacts from my father-in-laws collection of rare antiques.......overall we estimate that we lost perhaps in excess of $1M in personal property and cash over a time period that we were associated with the urbance concierge.....unfortunately there was not enough evidence to prove a criminal case but we feel it was more than coincidence. Upon terminating our arrangement with the urbane concierge our losses ceased.....coincidence or not if you consider contracting kim daly's service or the service of the urbane concierge you may want to limit access to your personal belongings, liquor cabinet and any personal or business money accounts. Consider yourself warned.....oh and beware of those hidden charges, and especially read the fine print of any agreements
