UrbanFlorist.com they took our money and didnt deliver the flowers now wont refund Vancouver British Columbia

I am writing to inform all that I can about the company Urban Florist.

We are stationed in Germany and my husband's mother had to stay in back in the states. We are her only family and for Christmas we made the mistake of using Urban Florist to send her flowers.

The flowers never got there.
I have since then written 14 letters trying to get our money back. We have been ignored and blown off over and over again. Mind you we gave them over 50 dollars for roses that were never sent.

We finally did get in contact with a Julie Duquette who promised us the refund and admited that the company never delivered the flowers however that was now over a month ago and not only have we still not gotten a refund but now she is not answering any emails or phone calls.
They never answer the phone, they have a machine screening calls, they do not respond to emails, letters or faxes and more importantly they take your money with out ever delivering the flowers. DO NOT order from these people.

I have writen to the BBB and the Office of Consumer affairs and I will continue to keep writing to as many people as I have to in order to let folks know to stay away from this company. If anyone has any suggestions at all as to how I can get my money back I would love to hear from you.
