I ordered products worth $674.93. I received the products on May 10, 2001. The Order # is 90819. I mailed in the rebate forms on May 14, 2001.
The rebate checks were to be sent to me in 4 to 6 weeks.
When I didn't receive them, I e-mailed them. They said that the checks were printed but there was a problem and they had to be reprinted.
I phone them each 3 to 5 weeks and I get the same answer. They say that they have 1000s of checks to write and with the problem that they have been having with the original software, it will take time to get caught up. And, they are doing all they can to get the checks out.
The only reason I ordered from them is that they promised rebate checks for what I ordered.
