I placed 2 orders in April and May, 2001. (My second and third orders from them, respectively). My first order (Nov., 2000)went well, received rebates as expected.

However, after they claimed my rebate forms were received and being processed, they were a little late mailing them out, so I thought. I continued to check on the status, and soon saw that the checks had bent marked "sent".

After a few weeks, when I did not receive them, I began complaining via e-mails to the company. They stated there had been a problem with the printing of some checks and it would be resolved shortly.

This has continued for nearly a year since my order. My last reply from them was on February 6, 2002, in which they stated that their "investigation" into these checks was taking longer than expected and they were doing everything they could to get me my rebates since they were in the "very first batch" of "lost" checks.

Unfortunately, I am out over $300.00 and do not think I will ever see it. It's really too bad these companies can get away with scams like this.
