I purchased several items at the website "UrbanQ.Com" in the months between February and April 2001 on 100% mail-in-rebate. All these orders have completed their q-bate period. But until now, I have received the check for only the first order ($29.00)
that was purchased in February 2001.

According to my account at their website, all the rebate checks have been sent. This is not true, and I have informed their customer service about this mistake. Their customer service has no phone number and correspond only via e-mail. By e-mail, they have repeatedly said that there was a problem in printing a particular batch of rebate checks. That they would send the missed checks after verifying the problem. However, I have not received the rebate checks until today, 25 March 2002.

Besides, I was unable to dispute the transactions with UrbanQ as the credit card company said that disputes should be filed by 60 days of the transaction. This message is posted as a protest on the treatment meted out by UrbanQ.com.
