I have the same story as many others. I bought some products from UrbanQ in April and May 2001. I have not received a rebate.

The customer service department says that some electronic checks were double issued, and they are checking on the problem (since Dec 2001?)

Their last response said "We are currently expanding as a company and we are trying to accommodate all of our customers as efficiently as possible." and to refrain from sending multiple emails, as that would slow down the process!

I have filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General.

I have also filed complaints with every internet consumer site I can think of.

If you have been ripped off too, complain to everyone you can think of, and maybe someday they will listen.
