UrbanQ: Fraudulant Business Practices No Rebates only excuses
I have contacted UrbanQ via email and telephone several times regarding rebate submissions I sent in 8 months ago.
I have heard several excuses from them, including that they received my rebate submission but that there was a problem with the check printing. I was told that I would receive my rebate check by Dec. 3, 2001.
Of course, I have not received anything from them except lame excuses as to where my money is. Unfortunately, several consumers have had similiar experiences, according to the comments.
Why is this company still in business? I urge everyone to contact the BBB, Federal trade Commision, Internet Fraud Compaint Center and the websites and companies that sponser and advertise UrbanQ.
I would like to see this company investigated, and ideally for everyone to received their long overdue rebate checks.
