urbanQ ripoffs not paying owed rebates
Same boat here, was owed rebates in August that have not been paid. I got the same "Check printing services error" over 2 months ago. 2 months is more than long enough to get things straightened out.
File your complaint with the NY Attorney general!
Click on "Contact the AG's office" then click on the complaint forms link and use the Internet one.
