I have found four different landing pages:

all of which link to a sign-up page for urbookdownload.com--all offer "free" download of my ebook(s), including in formats I have not created or authroized for distribution.
This site shamelessly pirates ebooks from wherever it can and offers them in "free" downloads to people who sign up for the site--but is suspiciously lacking in any means to contact the site if you haven't signed up.
