URentDVDS Deceptively charged fee after cancellation ripoff Internet California

During the ten day trial period I sent back all the DVDs sent to me. In the last DVD I sent a note cancelling the service. The company acknowleges receiving the DVDs but says it did not receive the letter. They proceeded to charge the monthly fee. As soon as I saw the fee I contested it. They say they did not receive the letter but admit to receiving all the DVDs. Deanna Hepp claims I never sent the letter. I have witnesses that saw me mail it.

They have my 19.99 monthly charge and I have nothing. Hopefully they will stop trying to charge as I have a claim with my bank to stop this illegal charging.
