URGE.com Ripoff I paid for music I did't get New York City New York

I ordered 1 alblem and 1 song from URGE.com.They are with the Windows Media Player Version 11. When billed I was billed for 2 alblems and 2 songs.Well they told me it would take 24hrs to download to my compuers playlist.To today nothing has happened but they got the money from my account and when I call cutomer support they give me the run around how they should be there and my moneys is norefundable.It' been a little over a week sence they took out the moneys out of my account and still insist on giving me the run around.They also caused my bank account to overdraft because I did't know they w***e going to charge for the extra alblem and song.Now my bank account is overdrawn and I still don't have the music they said I ordered.Is there anything I can do?or just let them get away with taking my money and not getting the music.
