This web site was for oredering precritpion drugs at a discount. The site did not indicate that a written script was required. After I ordered I received nothing, when I tried to call the phone numbers don't answer of ring busy.

It is apparently a scam to charge your credit card for the monthly fee. My order was never acknoiwledged, or filled. However my credit card continues to be charged monthly. This has gone on for 3 months now.

I did not respond to an unsolicited ad. I found this company thru a Google search. My complaint is that they did not indicate that I had to provide the prescription document. I waited with no response, except of course to continue to charge my credit card. I have already filed a complaint/dispute with my credit card company. Thanks for your input.

Did you respond to an unsolicited email?

If that is how you found the pharmacy, you need to call your credit card company and report the card stolen. Online pharmacies which send unsolicited email, aka "spam," are almost never legitimate businesses.

Your next step is to write (you may call as well, but you must write!) a letter to your CC company disputing the charges. The address is on the back of your CC bill along with the instructions for writing the letter.

If you decide to purchase prescription drugs online in the future, you are more likely to find a legitimate one by using a search engine.

Remember, a legitimate pharmacy will REQUIRE that you give your doctor's contact information or fax a written prescription before they will fill an order. And they won't charge you until they ship.

The point of prescriptions meds is that they require a doctor's note

They are restricted to requiring a prescription for a reason: they need supervision to be taken properly!

From now on, go to your local pharmacy for meds that you need.
