I purchased a motherboard from this seller. It came with a 7 day guarantee. I received it and tested it, and it didn't work. I informed the seller within the 7 day period. The seller told me I needed to install a new CMOS battery for it to work. It took me several more days to acquire a battery, and when I did, the motherboard failed to work. I informed the seller that it was defective and was advised to return it for a refund. I returned it, and the seller kept stalling me for the refund until it was too late for me to request a refund through PayPal (45 days).

I started a dispute through PayPal and SquareTrade (which the seller is a member of) but my complaints were disreguarded. I have not received any refund for this item, and it looks like I have lost the entire $72.50 (which includes shipping) that I paid for a defective item that I returned to the seller. This person has numerous complaints on Ebay, but since they are a high volumn seller, neither PayPal nor SquareTrade will force them to honor their obligations.
