I had placed an order for phentermine on 7/8. (debit card also billed that day for $19.95 processing fee) I had called on 7/11 to check the status on the order. First off, their phone service was so bad, that I couldnt hear anything. It sounded like they were on a cellphone with bad reception!
They had told me the order had been processed and all they needed to do was receive the prescription, then they would send out. I told them that I had no idea that I needed one. She said that they cant do anything till they get it. I then cancelled my order.
I asked for the processing fee to be paid back, and she said its non-refundable. I told her that they didnt process anything because there was no prescription. She said there was nothing she could do and hung up on me.
This place needs to be sued. I thought they were the greatest thing because I was paying so much for the weightloss drug through another company, and they were so much cheaper. Now I see they are just a bunch of ripoff artists trying to make a quick buck. They need to be sued.

I just got off the phone with my bank. So far Card33.com has tried do debit several more times since I cancelled the membership yesterday, but had let my bank know of the problem, so no more $$ was released. My bank had to deactivate my debit card and mark it as stolen so I can get my $$ back from them. They are also going after the company for fraud. I also placed filed a report with the IFCC for fraud. They are currently investigating it.
