Complaint Review: Urxpharmacy

The medication that I ordered from them is the Phentermine (diet pills). I filled out the information they requested. They ask your Doctor's information, I gave them all the information. I had placed my order 07/10/05 they charged $19.95 (order processing fee, non refundable)to my credit card.

I called my credit card co. and they had charged the above amount 07/11/05. Here we are at 08/02/05 and I still have not received anything. I called them 3 times to inquire about my order and they say we will respond via e-mail within 24 hours.

The last e-mail I got from them said that I needed to mail in the original prescription to them, I do not recall ever reading that I needed a Dr. prescription.

Let's not talk about their phone line, VERY VERY POOR CONDITION. It sounds like it is a cell phone. So you cannot ever have a full clear conversation with them.

I truly think we need to SUE these people. God knows what sacrifices poeple have made to get their money together so these scum-bags can come and rip people off. We need to get them off the Streets!!!
