This company is absolutely awful! As if moving isn't stressful enough! I was charged an extra $250 which was not in my contract: My contract made me select a delivery date but said FLEXIBLE delivery date. I asked the company about this and they informed me that the date was a ballpark and there was flexibility. I was then forced to pay the fee upon delivery because the date was a couple of days off the ballpark date. I was also forced to pay by cash or a bank check, i.e. not a credit card. Therefore I could not get my credit card company to investigate it.

Additionally, they did not deliver my bicycle. They "lost" it for a while and it was delivered several weeks later. Furthermore, my bookshelf arrived broken, as well as several other pieces (sculptures, household goods, etc.). I was not offered any compensation for these and was shut down several times by the company. I went to the Better Business Bureau who contacted the company several times, but they did not respond.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with ANY company! I work in the business world and deal with all kinds of businesses and personalities on a daily basis. This company is no doubt among the WORST of the WORST! Furthermore, this took place quite a while back, and still leaves me feeling very bitter. Respect and professionalism are COMPLETELY lacking!
