I hired these people through The Moving Experts Inc (also did a report on them). I hired them to move my elderly father from GA to KY and explained I had to be there on June 10th b/c he has dementia and is physcially disabled. they attempted to come on the 7th knowing he had no where to go. I got them to stop that move but then they came on the 9th (while I was still in KY) and I had to get emergency help to get my dad to a hotel and get his personal items packed.

I had to change my plane ticket and come early and change my ticket to fly back with him a day early. Then they would not return my call to schedule the drop off delivery date.

I get a call saying they'd be here on Saturday and they pulled a no call no show

I finally hear from another mover today (Sunday) who said he has my dad's items but is still in GA. I asked what happened to yesterday and he responded he wasn't scheduled for drop off till today or tomorrow.

Then he tells me his truck is actually broke down and in the shop but would call me if he could make it tonight (this was at noon) I told him he was 10 hours away and he said "that's fine by me" I told him it was not fine by me as some of us have work. So then he says he can be here first thing in the morn.

I tell him no b/c i have to work and if he's going to be late to just come here after 5 p.m. He said he couldn't do that b/c he had a delivery in Ohio to make in the evening. Then he said he'd call me when he was on the way.

5 hours later and still no call - I call him and he said it would be another 24 hours b/f the truck is repaired.

This company has the worst service I've ever experienced (and I've used several companies being moved thru the military). DO NOT use them.

Oh, and at first they tell you they charge you per pound or by size of shipment then after you book them they tell you that they have a min 2000 lb charge!!!

Well b/c they showed up a day earlier than scheduled to pick up my father's stuff, I had to have a friend help my dad pack and find him a place to stay. They couldn't leave until someone signed the contract and packing list so my friends mom signed it.

The one thing that they don't TELL you is that before they drop off and unload your stuff, if it is more than 75 feet from truck to door that you have an additional charge OF $85 PER HOUR

The mover, Robert, said that's how he and his assistant get paid. So I asked why I'm paying US-1 at all then and he said 'i'm just the middle man' We tried to call the coporate office for an hour and everytime they heard my name they hung up on me.

Then on top of it all we had paid $300 to have them pack/unpack my dad. They left with out unpacking. I had to take off another day from work and spent 10 hours unpacking my father!!

This company is a total rip off and I am filing a civil suit against them for all the time and money we lost due to their unprofessional business practices.
