Complaint Review: US 27 Motor Sports

 Here's my consumer experience at US 27 Motor Sports.... I called one day, looking for some parts for a snowmobile.  Sure enough, they have the parts, but they are a couple hours away.  I ask the saleman Ryan, if they offer demo rides, as I'm trying to decide between a Cat and a Skidoo sled... He asks what I want to ride, they have them both and immediately offers to come on up and take a ride.  So, next day, to kill two birds with one stone, I show up, pick up my parts, and stop by sales.  My luck, Ryan is out for the day, so his boss happily comes to the rescue.  I mention I'm trying to decide between a couple of sleds and that I would like to take each one for a two minute ride... Then he asks if I'm going to buy it right now?  Well of course not, I'm trying to decide.  Oh, and forgot to mention, big sign on the door "Ask inside about our Demo rides!".  Since I'm not buying at that instant, walls start going up.  No green in hand, right now, NO RIDE!  OK, I would understand if I was some teenager, showing up intoxicated on a Friday night...  but no, I'm a 45 year old man, on a Wednesday afternoon, looking to decide on a $12,000 sled and this guy has no interest helping me decide.  And of course, as soon I mention to Bryon (sp?) that I'm not shelling out coin without going for a ride, the guy turns his back and walks away.  What an absolute unprofessional, disrespectful way to try and earn a customer.  

To put this in perspective, after leaving there fuming, stop at a Wendys to grab a quick dinner, and they don't have what I order immediately ready, so after a 2 minute wait, they doubled my order, then offered an extra drink!  These guys bend over backwards for you over an $8 sale!  The boys at US 27 Motorsports won't give you the time a day on a $12K sale.  That's the beauty of being the consumer, do what I did, and go somewhere that you are treated like a human being, not like a 2nd rate used cars saleman.  Pathetic! BTW: Isn't this false advertisement...  Demo rides, but no demo rides technically available?
