US Aircare RIP OF BY Charging twice Don't give them Check SAN JOSE, California

US Air care  people came to my Home and did Air duct cleaning  and charged $385+$125=485 I paid them check  and  them check later called same day to cancel $125 from the bill as i don't want to pay for the expensive filter (Which was not yet delivered) and put a hold on check through my banker.
I paid my balance of money 385 to them using my credit card and asked them to send me check back to me.
They charged my credit card on 03/06/2009 and did not returned my check and deposted my check this year 01/13/2010 since the check has hold for only 6 months.

When i called them they are asking me to produce invoice otherwise they cannot help.

and these people are ready to charge twice but not ready to trace....

Looks like these people are cheats and scum bags no one should do any business with them.
