Received a letter in a hand addressed envelope using our name. The letter gave a respond by date.
The letter promised an award of 2 roundtrip air tickets valued up to $1400. They claimed they have contacted us already several times without success. They ask us to call 1.866.406.7113 immediately to claim the tickets. They say that if we don't respond, they will issue "tickets vouchers to the alternate." Whatever that means?!!
The letter is signed by Kate White, Vice President.
