I received a letter from US Airlines, which is not an airline at all.  The real airline is named US Airways.  Anyway, there was no return address whatsoever on the form letter, so I knew immediately this company was a call center, probably with lots of minimum wage kids answering phone and reading off of scripts.  I was curious so I called.  Now, the letter states that I have qualified for two tickets and the value of this "award" is $1,198.00.  I begsan to ask my own questions to this company, all whikle reading the complaints of others who have filed with Rip-Off reports, com.  The gentlman on the other end became very defensive and refused to answer my questions about who they were and where they were located.  I called him a scammer and a thief and hung up.  Well, he contimued to call me back seven times, insisting that he is not a scam and I kept hanging up.  They were secretive, rude and liers.  Please do not fall for this letter.  Remember what your mother taught you, nothing is free!!!

First of all, it sound like you work for the company, because you stated things that were in my conversation, but were not mentioned in my report.  Secondly, if they are a travel service, they should call themselves a travel service, or a discount travel company, but not US Airlines.  They are not an airline and using that name is deceptive and sneaky.  Also, their return address is nowhere on their letterhead.  Also something that causes a red flag to go up.  Your mother should have taught you these things, but if you fell for this scam, be more careful.

I recieved the same letter I myself do not believe what I see on the internet beacuse every smart person knows that not everything you see on the internet is true. So I decided to call yes I was skepticle until I gave them a call and they answered all my questions. I came down to the promotion the travel agency was doing and it was about travel and how they could same me and my family money on traveling when ever we did travel and I received my 2 roundtrip airline voucher for my attendance. There were other couples that were there as well. The people where nice and they went over information about their company and how they are able to do what they do. Different people react differently to things maybe it was the way to approached the situation to get the responces you were given. So why did he became defensive? What did you say how did you appraoch the situation? The company Travel rewards was not secretive did not with hold any in formation about what they were doing and how they got my information. I did a little investigation of my own and found out that the people that are writting these reports have not even attempted to go to the presentation let alone attend the promotion to be able to make that accurate statement that the company is a scam. One question how is it a scam? They never asked me for my credit card information I did not have to bring proof of my income or anything and I did not have to by anything. The letter or the travel voucher I receive never said it was free or that I won the vouchers. Just myu insight because i have been there.
