On Wed. 6/19/2013, I travelled on US Airways from Charlotte NC to Newark, NJ arriving  NJ at 9:40 a.m.   The captain announced the "credit card offer" which includes 2 round-trip tickets in the Continent US for signing on the plane along with other perks. In order to received the free tickets, we had to turn in our application with the stewardess before leaving the plane.  I did and a month later, I received my credit card.  I was given $4,500 credit limit and paid $85.00 for the fee with the first bill, knowing that the promise will be given after paying the fee.  A few weeks later, a letter from US Airways came announcing that I was given the wrong credit card, I should have given the "Premier World" due to my credit score.  The letter also stated that the new card with new account #s will be arriving shortly.  I got the new Premier World card, but SAME ACCOUNT NUMBERS, higher credit limit $14,000 and 40,000 divident miles.   I thought that each flight would equal 20,000 miles, and when my Mom got sick, I called and was told that 33,000 miles will take care of the ticket from San Jose CA to Atlanta.  Where were my 2 free tickets?  I called up the credit card and got a run-around, until I spoke with April in late September.  April promised (another promise ???) to investigate and gave me 2,500 miles for "my trouble".  That was the last time I heard from anyone from this company.  How could I have anything in writing when I was in the air, under the hands of their pilots, their plane and their terrority?   Do I want to make the pilot mad when I was in the air?
