As others have noted here, the vouchers are difficult or impossible to redeem plus the help desk (helpless desk?) is outsourced to Manilla.

I volunteered to wait in the Denver airport for at least five hours last July since I was not employed and had extra time and was a Good Boy Scout but also b/c I thought I could use the voucher!

I understand that Christmas and Thanksgiving are too popular but give me a break.

I'm sure there are PLENTY of empty seats on ordinary weekends but they keep telling me I need to leave on Monday or Tuesday or cannot come back on Sunday because of seat restrictions. I couldnt care less what the legaleez fine print says-this is unfair! Youre penalizing me for being a working professional or forcing me to call in favors and take vacation days. If I went to the ticket counter last minute you KNOW theyd be Glad to sell me a two thousand dollar ticket. So why not honor the voucher?

If I travel with THEM again and they try to bump me they'll see a man get mean!

Really smart idea

That sounds like a really smart idea:

"If I travel with THEM again and they try to bump me they'll see a man get mean!"

With the paranoia at airports today, they will see a man get mean, get quickly arrested and taken asay.
