Things are heating up for US Auto Lighting

#13REBUTTAL Individual responds

Tue, July 14, 2009

I got a letter from the Attorney General of Ca. Friday, July 10, 2009. They are very sorry about my unfavorable transaction with US Auto Lighting. They thanked me very much for bringing this to their attention. They are going to take further action. They are keeping my letter on file for evidence. If they find anything unlawful, (Duh) Dmitry Taryanik is going down......,The website is already off line. The power of the internet and ripoffreport.com is a great tool to inform consumers. Mean while, those of you that didn't get your part, and US Auto Lighting bill your credit card, try and get the money back from your CC company. It's Fraud!. I just got half of it back today from my bank. Don't ever, ever give up on this. The reporter I e-mailed my story to is: Nick A Janes. I just looked for a W Sacremento Newspaper and found his E-mail. He hasn't written anything lately. It would be so KOOL if Dmitry Taryanik got arrested. Just think of the consumers he ripped off and they haven't said anything........I will never give up.....

I contacted the California BBB this afternoon and lodged a complaint. I will give it sometime, but based on the information posted here, it will become "unresolved" as I believe they will never reach any individual(s) with this business (if you can even call them that at this point).

Chad, B Endl, and anyone else who have been subjected to this defrauding, please contact your bank and dispute the charge. I bank with USAA, and have up to 60 days to dispute any charges/debits to my checking account. All they need is proof of the Refund Notification that you probably received from "Dmitry Taryanik". Please do this and GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Also, my next step following my BBB case becoming "unresolved" is to contact the CA Attorney General's office or the Federal Atty. General's office to get a lawsuit filed. I'm with B Endl, I want to see this website taken down, and those responsible brought to justice.

I am willing to offer any information and testimony required if anyone else has filed a suit against Innco Parts, LLC.

B Endl, could you post the information for the reporter you contacted, so I and anyone else can do the same?

Thanks,

cupper24

The triple repeat of responses from a few days back was due to my web browser timing out, so I thought my responses had not been submitted. Apologies for all those repeats.

Thanks,

Update on US Auto Lighting as they continued their fraud!

#13Consumer Suggestion

Thu, June 11, 2009

I have not rec'vd my refund of $59.40 on a tail light I never got. My order changed from in process to refunded. My credit card has not been refunded. I checked out who their webmaster is: the idenfity of the owner has been locked. Which means they pay extra to have this information conceal. The fax machine listed on the website is two different businesses at of course a different address. I have reported US Auto Light to Internet Crime Complaints which is associated with the FBI. US Auto lighting are professional scamers. I'm beyond my refund. I just want this website shut down. I'm working with Snopes.com so when the website comes up, it will show complete fraud. I e-mailed a Ca. news reporter with my story. He said he would look into it.

I feel very discouraged. It seems we are just a little fish in a "big" pond. What US Auto Lighting is doing is unlawful, and stealing is still a crime.

I ordered a set of Chrome Fog Light Inserts on 5/5/09 for my '07 Ford Fusion I purchased back in March.

My order was processed (and funds were deducted) very quickly by a Dmitry Taryanik the same day.

A few weeks went by, and I continuously checked my account on the usautolighting.com site to see if any tracking info was available. However, on the 20th of May, I received a notice that my order status was now "refunded". In order to find the reasons, I repeatedly emailed this individual to no avail. Finally, I wrote their customer service email on May 26, and to my delight, received a timely response explaining the reason my order was "refunded" on May 27, and that my funds should also be returned in 3-4 business days.

So far, 8 "business" days later, no funds... I did also write them again on June 4 to respectfully notify them of my displeasure that my funds had not been returned in the given timeframe. I have yet to receive a response... or my money.

I will be updating as more things develop, but the simple facte there have been a couple of you out there (there's another report written under the USA Auto Lighting Title) that have had similar issues with this company is enough to raise an eyebrow. Even if I get my money back (someday), I caution anyone who is thinking of purchasing an item from Innco Parts, LLC, as I have had the worst experience from them than I have any other online dealer to date. They are
very slow to deliver on their promises, whether it be a refund or a parts purchase.

He doesn't respond to E-mails. It's like your talking to a ghost. The business phone number associated with the website is disconnected. There are two more phone numbers out there. One is with the BBB. The mailbox is full, and can not accept anymore calls. Please call back later, The other phone number, he's not accepting phone calls at this time. Why would he, he stealing your money.

His website is like a fly trap. the moment you start browsing around, he gives a false sense that he can get you your part, and at a much better price than anyone else. The moment you type in a credit card number for your purchase, poof the deception begins.

Everytime Innco Parts takes a payment for a part he never sends, he stealing. This is the whole purpose of his website. He has a physical business address.
