To make a long story shorter this group specializes in posting photos of vehicles that may look good cosmetically but are disasters mechanically and then will send you tons of binding paper work that makes it impossible for you to sue them.  They will tell you everything you want to hear about a vehicle but will boldy lie about the mechanical condition.  I had gotten a truck from them that leaked out two gallons of oil and when I confronted them he said they ran it for 2 hours and no leaks.  Only after they got the truck back and I had videoed the truck leaking steady flows of fluids then he agreed something was wrong with the truck.  The delivery driver who delivered the truck pointed it out when it arrived and was complaing that it was leaking setting still.  When I confronted Ken within in minutes of delivery he hung up on me and wouldnt talk to me.  After threating to sue for fraud he finally started talking to me.  DO NOT Sign any paper work from this group that says you have go to Florida to sue him.  When you talk to them they call themselves "experts" on cars but when the vehicles arrive they tell you that the cars are "X amount of years old" so they will have some issues and hide behind that.

He and his sales staff are out right con artists and hide behind lax laws in buying and selling used cars to hang on to your money.  Just do a simple search on the internet for US auto and you will see tons of consumer reports that say the same thing over and over.  Avoid at all costs.  In the end of my experience they only agreed to trade out a vehicle and that was only because I had a few connectioins with our states attourney general.   The truck I recieved was in just about as bad a shape as the first one and I have dumped another 4000$ in trying to get it to run.  Have had the truck for about 6 months and only have clocked about 900 miles between all the break downs it suffers from.   As of posting this the second truck is in the shop getting a "used" injector that was installed whe they owned the truck is being replaced.

Totally avoid this group.  Used cars from honest salesmen suffer because of rip off artists like this exist.  Currently working on a class action suit against this company to keep them from ripping off other hard working people.

Why would anyone in their right mind even for one second consider doing something as stupid as buying any used car sight unseen???? Anybody with half a brain knows buying a used car from a dealer or private party is risky business even when you see the car! "A sucker is born every minute!" P. T. Barnum
