US Auto Management/Auto Pament Solutions ripoff- Sub Leased my vehicle and have not payments since October Phoenix Arizona
I placed my 2004 BMW 330i with US Auto Management in July of 2004. They quickly placed the vehicle with a "Permissive User". I made the payment for August 2004. I received a payment for September and then no other payment was made until late December for Octobers payment. I have been making the payments on the vehicle since.
I have called both Offices of US Auto Management/ AKA Auto Payment Solutions (they have recently changed names. Same employees and owner. Same tricks.) I am always in contact with the main Assistant Natasha. I have called multiple tmes weekly since October and only once has the owner, Dan Townsley (Unsure of spelling) responded to me. He promised a payment and was never heard from again. Natasha, of course, knows nothing about anything.(Sarcasm)
I recently sent a Certified Letter to them demanding they repossess and return the vehicle to me immediately. No response and Natasha knows nothing when asked, even though she signed for the Certified Letter.
This is certainly the most cowardly organization I have ever dealt with. They mis-represent their services to this day (April 6, 2005). My daughter called them today to ask them how their service worked and was told that they placed vehicles with reputable drivers and that should that driver be unable to pay the payments then US Auto Management/ AKA Auto Payment Solutions would ensure that the payments would be made and the vehicle placed with another driver that would maintain the payments. A total pack of lies. Their was an uncomfortable conversation that followed when my daughter let it be known that she was representing me and Natasha knew that she had been caught mis-representing their service.
These people, Owner and Assistants should be prosecuted. They are all aware that they are falsely advertising their service and de facto Embezzling or aiding in the theft of the value of the monthly payment. Anyone that has an active case or litigation of any type may contact me so that I may join or, at the very least, corroborate their actions with you.

FYI - and I hope it turns out useful to you. But in Tempe someone has been posting signs that read, "We'll make your Auto Payments", and phone 480-966-0925. What got me going on this is the illegal signage - a violation of Tempe code. But going into this further with this website I thought it might be who you are looking for. Anyway, I hope the new active number will lead to finding these people. I don't doubt for a second that they're engaged in some kind of racketeering activity, and I'd like to see their business and their signs disappear.

My husband and I were also screwed by US Automanagement. We went as far as to News channel 3 (3 on your side). They tried to help, but was unsuccessful. If you need any info, or just have a question, let me know, maybe I can help. Good Luck! I wish we would have sued them. We are paying for it now.

Scott I am happy to see a consumer stand up againest car dealers and their deceptive ways. Good job. After watching TV 5's little story on how this business does business I had to see if
US Auto Management had and Rip Off Report.
I have noticed that place change it's window dressing many times in the past few years. Oneday it's a buy-here pay-here and next it's a new turn in the auto industry. God only knows how many people have been Ripped like you have. Most will never contact a lawyer or speak up.

You can look up the specifics on these cases at the Arizona Superior Court Website.
Dan will attempt to state that he "is not involved with US Automanagment", however I have in my hands my contract with US Auto Managments name on it, AND DAN TOWSLEYS signature.. that just happens to matcht he signature on file with the Corporation Commission...for Auto Payment Solutions, Dean Daniel Towsley LLC and Auto Loan Solutions.

I noticed that KPHO TV 5 did a story on this business the other day. Read what I found on the net about this business.
Go to this below URL and you will see many different case numbers. Many got fast talked into Arbitration.

Richard I don't know if you know how many Advocates are here at Ripoffreport.com I am one of many that like to help people who feel that they have been "BENT OVER" if you will.
It is my calling to help inform car buyers what goes on in the auto industry. Most all media will never I Repeat NEVER expose auto dealer Rip off's and scams. I take great pride in doing the best I can to help car buyers.
Most car buyers have no idea where to look for possible information that will help them when doing business with people in the auto industry. I blame that on your local media. TV stations, Newspapers and what one would call TALK RADIO.
I am going to post what I feel is VERY Helpful info for you. I hope and trust you will only use it to your advantage.
The only thing I ask you is to email or call all of these "Microphone MUTTS" at 550 KFYI and ask them why they will not let car buyers AIR THEIR car dealer troubles LIVE on 550 KFYI.
Use the following contacts and let them HAVE IT for not airing shows about scams in the auto industry.
Ask these Microphone Mutts if they will have a day only devoted to only callers that are willing to tell all of their car buying horror stories! Post their replies on this Report. I would love to read them.

Trust me they will not chat "Live on the AIR" about car dealer Rip Offs and scams! They say their station is a "TALK RADIO" Station. So let us talk!
Microphone Mutts will never expose the auto industry. They will say some crap like, It's boring or no body wants to talk about car buying scams. Trust me everybody knows of a car dealer that they HATE!
Car buyers are not informed of car dealer Rip Offs or scams because it sure seems to me that advertising money is much more important then informing consumers of Rip Offs.
Most of the time if a car buyer wants to take the car dealer to court they wind up in front of an Arbitrator. I was helping a local law firm with a case they had against a Mesa RV dealer and it went to arbitration. Needless to say the RV buyer was the only one that got the big one. I am sure you know what I mean.
Car dealers do not want a car buyer to get their case in front of a jury because they know that a Jury is made up of car buying consumers, and most of them hate car dealers. So the auto industry has created a way to keep all of you unhappy car buyers from getting your say in front of a Jury.
It is called ARBITRATION. Most of the time, say 80 to 90% of the time the Arbitrator will rule in favor of the car dealer. You really never know if the Arbitrator is not in bed with the car dealer or their attorney. In short, CAR BUY GETS to sit on a BIG ONE!
Now the best part. I feel that you might want to go to this below URL and click on all of these case numbers one by one and them ask yourself one question. "Is there a reason this company changed their name?
