I have read the reports on US Auto Management from others and now it is time I speak out.

US Auto Management provided a wonderful service UNTIL.... they breached their contract blatently with me.

I started with their office in Long Beach...then my contract was moved to Bellflower. The owner was Ron Nichols...who was not only the owner of the branch but also the 'Lessee' of my vehicle.

Suddenly one day, I started receiving payments from a new Lessee. This was an immediate breach of contract. I was not informed and no new contracts were mailed or discussed with me. As well...they were very sneaky at suddenly changing 'who' was paid late fees. At first, it was me the 'Lessor' ... then the pay stubs were changed to 'US Auto..' as receiving the late fees.

I tried to email and contact the Bellflower branch. Nothing!!! not return calls or emails. Then I tried Executive Auto to see if they had my contract...they did not. They stated the main office in Arizona had my contract. When I asked for the phone number they gave multiple WRONG numbers. When I called them back stating the number was incorrect...they proceeded to give wrong numbers again.

Fortunately, the current Lessee has made payments on time and is a wonderful lady to deal with.

However, neither of us are technically operating under any legal binding contract.

I am worried and would love any attorney to contact me...esp. one that is aware of this company and has assisted in prosecuting this company with another Lessor like myself.
