I contacted this company soon after placing an order to cancel it, I was verbal confirmed it was canceled, I had never received a confirmation of the order being placed, they were told that, I was assured it would come via email, as was the confirmation of the cancellation. Neither one ever came because neither one was ever sent. No invoice was ever sent, the product arrived, they hit my credit card AFTER I contacted them to cancel it.. When I looked up the company online, there was a LONG HISTORY of this routing, many of which mailed the order back to the sender, then never received a refund. They send no phone number on the receipt that comes with the shipment, and had never sent acknowledgement of the order, nor the cancellation. They never provide an invoice, but demand a copy of one to do a return. http://www.resellerratings.com/store/US_Auto_Parts_Network their review reported is a 2.56 out of 10, that is horrible, 25% are satisfied, and 75% are pissed off.
