US Bank Harley Davidson Visa Card Dishonest, Rude, Refuses to assist customers under Visa regulations Fargo North Dakota
US Bank Harley Davidson Visa credit card is a ripoff. I attempted to dispute valid charges with this company and each time, they refused to assist me. Two charges were issues where the merchant did not fulfill the terms of their contract and the other was a charge I did not make.
On each charge, I contacted US Bank. Their representatives were rude, accusatory, and disrepectful. They refused to help me and told me there was nothing I could do. Fraud? They don't care if fraud is happening on your account. They will blame it on you and make you pay for it.
Even though Visa regulations and Federal Law states that you as the consumer have the right to request/demand a charge be investigated, US Bank will do nothing! Do not do business with this company!
