US BANK ripoff US BANK REDDING California
I got a real taste of the us bank ripoff.
On 9-25 i went to the bank with 2 checks.
1 for 500.00 and 1 for 1300.00 i asked for
three hundred back that made my deposit
1500.00 that nite some checks came threw
they got me 6 od charges 32 each time.
I went on the online banking and it showed i
never went into the red.
but since they held my deposit they said the
funds where not there. but the funds where there
for there od fees out of the deposit they where
holding.
Then this morning 9-27 i went online agin
and there where 4 more charges, they held my
funds till 3 pm on 9-26. these where local
checks drawn off local banks

I work for a Bank, and know of all the crazy policies in regards to check deposits, what I always do is if it is a local check go to the bank it was drawn on, sometimes the fee may be 10-15.00 for not having a account there, but you get your money immediately with no holds, another talk to the teller that is processing your transaction make sure he/she is not putting the wrong hold on your funds local check should have been available the next business day or at max 2 days not 3.
