I owned a pet store and used them since 11/2010.  During the year, I didn't know if they charged a lot of hidden fees because I assumed it was normal fees.  I do have issue about the machine they gave me and asked for another machine because the display was so dimmed that we can't use any more.  They charged me $95 for a replacement!  I didn't complain either. 

But, after I sold my business, lots of ugly facts show up.
  First, they continue charging me monthly fees after I closed the account as I sold the business!  It has been 2 and half months and I have to put this ridiculous to a stop.  The new owner found out they charge both of us monthly fees and many hidden fees, so he decided to switch.  But, now I am having a hard time to get the customer services to refund me the $105 they over charged me.  After I called the 3rd times, finally someone called me back and said they will look into the refund.  Another week went by, I found out they charged me another monthly fee.  It is unbelievable!!!  I have to go to my local bank to file dispute to get the 2nd charge reversed.  But, I am out of luck for the first because I should have done it earlier. 

This company is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with.
  It is full of dishonest managers with disgraceful customer service.  They deserve no star!

I previously had an issue with U.S. Bankcard due to the cancellation.  The company contacted me and did diligently to resolve the issue and refunded me all the money.  I believe they are trying to do the best they can to keep customer happy with their service.  Ask for the regional assistant managet Mr. Leung and he will help you resolve the issue you may have.
