Have you ever desperately needed a product that would change your life around? Worse yet, did the people that promised you this product not only not produce the product in a timely manner, but not even get you that product period.

I was put in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing these guys to fulfill on a promise that they made once I paid for their service to have my birth certificated delievered to me.

I was suddenly offered a job that entailed a $15,000 raise. The problem was that I was not looking for a job, and soon learned that I had misplaced my birth certificate at some point.

I figured it was no big deal since usbirthcertificate.com had plastered the internet with ads for their services.

It became SHADY,SHADY, SHADY, business from day one. They accepted my money for them to rush it. Therefore, I figured everything was ok, and I would get my birth certificate, and my new job all within a week's time.

I had no idea the pain and frustration of dealing with these miserable and corrupt basturds that was about to ensue.

I waited over a week to check the status. That is when they informed me that I should have read the web site better and understood that the state of PA was under a back log for birth certificate orders and they couldn't rush orders for PA right now.

Let me get this straight. You can take my money, but you can't fulfill on your promise??

After the initial fiasco, each time I called I was given a different expected time frame. Each one got drastically longer.

I finally had enough. I kept asking why we can't follow up on this order. They would just tell me that once it goes to the state, they have no control over it.

This company costed me a $15,000 raise and much more enjoyable job due to just complete laziness.

It actually came to the point that I had to threaten legal action if I did not get some sort of legitimate update where the state was at in the process.

They kept telling me over, and over that it was just "too hard" to for them to have to call the state and see what is going on.

This just further enraged me. The owner was so lazy that he actually refunded my money when it came to the point where he absolutely had to call the state and find out what was going on with my order.

The whole thing took over two months when it was supposed to take less than a week. I kid you not it took me maybe 5 minutes to get somebody from the state on the phone once he finally forked over the confirmation and order number from the state.

Was it annoying waiting on hold? Sure! But, I am certain I am going to more than make up for that minor annoyance they would have to go through if they would have just helped me out from the beginning.

I literally would love nothing more than to spread the word to the entire nation that this company is an absolute disgrace to America. I absolutely want them to sink. I despise every single one of them for the h**l they put me through.
