US Cash Loan America RIPPED Me off for $241.00 for $1200.00 Loan and wanted $141.00 more Internet

I needed to get a loan to payoff some urgent bills that I had.  I applied onliine for $1000. Us Cash Loans America called me the following day.  They said I was qualified for a loan up to $3200.  I told him that I only needed $1000.  He was an india\ indian and very hard to understand.  He said that I needed to go and load up a Green Dot Money Pak for $100 and give him a call back. I needed to do this to prove that I could make a payment.

I went and got the card and gave him a call back.  His number is 716 616-9369.  I gave him the card number and he said he would call back in about 5 minutes.  He called back and said it was ok.  He then said that the funds would be transferred to my account at Citizen.............. in my checking account by 7:00.  It took several minutes to have him tell me 7pm that night or 7am the next morning.  It ended up- being 7am.  I checked my account several times between 7am and 9am and no money had been deposited.  I called them back and he told me that the deposit was held up because it had to be a minimum of a $2000 loan and the $100 dollars had been put towards the loan.  He said that I was approved for the $2000 but I needed to put $141 more on the Green Dot card.  If I did that the money would be deposited by 7pm that day.

 

I went to WalMart and they could not reload the card so I had to pay another $4.95 to load another card with the $141.  I called yet again and gave him the number of the new card. He saidhe would call me back in ten minutes that they were having technical problems.

 

He didn't call back after about one hour.  I called and an answering system answered and said that the "Magic Jack customer" that you called is not available.  Please leave a message and your call will be answered. That was the only conversation that I could easily understand.

 

After about an hour and a half I was able to get through.  He answered and said that now I needed to give him $200 for the $2000 loan and that the previous $141 was put towards the loan so I would be getting $2141 deposited into my account once I added $200 to the card by 7pm that day.  I said I had already given him $241 and they could put that towards the $2000 loan.  He said that it was already put towards the loan and that the $200 had to be on the same card or their system would not accept it.  He also said they could not back out the $241 from the loan process. 

 

After several minutes of arguing his Financial Manager got on the phone said about the same thing except more sarcastic and beligerant..  She told me she would talk to someone else about this and call me back in ten minutes.  She never did call back.  After two hours I called back and got the man I talked to before.  She told me that that money on the card had to be 10% of the loan ($141).  I told him to make the loan for $1410.  He argued with me some more and said why woould I do thaqt when I was approved for $3200. 

We argued somemore and then I said I didn't know if I could get to the store before they close to get the card.  Little does he know that WalMart is 24/7. He then started saying the if I didn't get the card he would get fired, he said that over and over.  I told him I would try and hung up.  I didn't.  He called back in an hour and asked if I got the card.  I told him that I didn't and asked to speak to his Financial Manager and he acted like he didn't hear me several times.  He was very quite.  I told them that they better figure out something by tommorrow at 7pm and have the money deposited or the money I sent refunded and said goodbye.
