US Commercial Funding Corp Humberto Tapia Took deposit and then didn't refund it as promissed. Miami Florida
Back in 2017 I had contacted Humberto Tapia with US Commercial Funding Corp he then told me he could finance my clients loan request my client then filled out the requested credit authorization form that he had sent and they took a deposit. When they could not perform they promissed to refund $1,195.00 which they never did so I refuned it to my client. .
Since then Humberto Tapia has not answered or returned any of my calls instead I've been talking to a Noel Berry who has said that my funds would be returned and this has not happened. This has been going on since 2017 and I made my last cll this morning with no response so I'm filing this report on January 24, 2019.
