So I am looking at my ATT phone bill, which is outrageous, and I see a 9.99 charge from ILD Teleservices. ATT does not know who it is and they can't tell me because of "FCC regulations". So I call this so called company and they inform me, "due to technical difficulties they will need to take my name and number and call me back or I can call back tomorrow after 11 am central time."

I asked them what the company was and they could not even answer that question because "there computers were down". To be honest I am looking into how many months I have been paying this 9.99 a month. GOOD JOB ATT, I am sure glad they are giving me more inspiration to use an internet phone instead of them.
