I have been working with US Credit Management for 14 months now, and finally have a court date set for june 30, 2005. I too have been unable to get ahold of anyone, via fax, email and telephone. I have clossed my account but unfortunately they have already had access for 14 months and i am now out 3400.00 and will be going to court alone on thursday. They did nothing for me except withdrawal money every month.

In the beginning they were very helpful, but now that i need help they are no where to be found. I have reported them to the better business bureau as well, and will plan on filing a lawsuit against them for the money that was taken from me. Contacts were Jim Jones and Maritza Baggett.

He was not aware of the illegal actions alleged by their clients. As soon as he found out about the questionable nature of the business, he left. If you are reading this beware of USCM and their procedures. Please do not hold Jim Jones responsible.
