Complaint Review: US Direct Auto Shipping

 This is an alleged vehicle shipping company that does not provide promised services. They/Adam gives you a lowball estimate to transport you vehicle, takes a $150 deposit, tells you that your vehicle will be picked up within a month then when that date passes and you call this sack of manure, he'll tell you that the service you received is based on availability on a truck but the price is so low, it is rare that any trucker will pickup your vehicle. Then this sleezeball Adam tells you to upgrade and send him more money to assure a pickup date.

I cancelled my order and Mr. Scumball (Adam) told me that I will receive a refund within 4-8 weeks. After 10 weeks I was still waiting my refund and I have emailed and call him and his company at least 10 times and they have yet responded. Their recording states that they will call you back within one business day but that doesn't happen. The local number listed is 260/441-6258 but this is the number of a private cell phone.

Do yourself a favor and save your money and don't even think about hiring this walking/talking pile of human excrement. He is clearly a crook who probably is smart enough to change is MO to avoid being indicted. I filed a complaint with the Iowa AG's Office and the Iowa Better Business Bureau but I doubt much if anything will be done. Bottomline, avoid this dog Adam like the plague. By the way, he is smart enough to request your deposit by check that way he can cash it way before you realize that he is a fraud. Stay away from him, let's let scum like this rot.
